Freak is a full‑service marketing agency based in London, opening a new office in Bournemouth. We work across the full spectrum: brand strategy and development, creative campaigns, an internal full‑service production studio with designers, animators, editors, 3D and web developers, social media content, and a particular speciality in innovative e‑commerce design including Amazon where we are an industry leader.

• Full‑time on‑site Midweight (3+ years experience) role located in central Bournemouth.
• Open minded to your specialism – graphic design, illustration, or animation – with capability across Illustrator and After Effects ideal.
• Responsible for creating a variety of content (static and/or animated) and branding/visual identity for multiple projects on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Committed, hardworking, and collaborative; the team supports one another and values talented, kind people.
• We consider only people with real ability and passion for creativity, demonstrated through free‑time projects such as painting or animating.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing design work.
• 3 years experience in content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Native speaker of French or German is a plus.
