Overview

Senior Town Planner – Bournemouth. Salary:
Negotiable depending on skills and experience. Due to continued expansion, this growing planning consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their Bournemouth team. The company offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of an established team, delivering expert planning advice for clients in the residential, commercial and mixed use sectors.

• Take responsibility for client facing and project management.
• Undertake research and planning appraisals.
• Prepare and submit planning applications.
• Negotiating S106 agreements and preparing representations.

• Degree in a planning related discipline.
• Ideally a further MSc (or equivalent).
• Chartered Member of RTPI.
• Extensive post-qualification town planning experience within a consultancy or public sector environment.

• Experience in client facing roles and project management within planning environments.
• Experience delivering planning projects in residential, commercial or mixed-use sectors.
