Hands-on, commercially minded Finance Director required to join a fast-growing UK brand to provide strategic financial leadership during a period of significant expansion. You will be supporting the CEO - shaping strategy, building structure, and turning numbers into growth. This isn't a back-office role; it's for someone who loves being close to the action.
What You'll Do:- Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting
- Build a finance team that thrives in change
- Turn insight into smart, strategic decisions
- Keep growth bold, but controlled
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience as FD / CFO in a growth environment
- Sharp commercial instincts and strong analytical ability
- A team-builder who leads with energy and integrity
