Assistant Management Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision‑making across the firm.

• Prepare and analyse fee earner performance reports, monthly management accounts, and overhead analysis.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital, and assist with year‑end audits.
• Support the Financial Controller with budgeting and provide ad hoc financial insights.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting while promoting our core values:

• AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong accounting and analytical experience (professional services experience desirable).
• Excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
