Chase as a Trading Services Associate (part time) and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless client revenue payments while driving innovation and scalability across our Securities Services business. Collaborate with global stakeholders, enhance client service, and help shape the future of finance solutions through process improvement and automation.

• Understand and execute payments for the Monthly Client Crediting cycles and associated processes across Lending Clients accounts.
• Build and maintain strong partnership with global Relationship Managers to identify more effective processes to improve Client Service.
• Proactively monitor and maintain Client-driven & Stakeholder requests.
• Maintain a client-first culture.
• Maintain Standard operating processes.
• Proactively participate in the development of new automation tools to enhance controls and improve scalability.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
