Key Responsibilities:In this Senior Care Assistant role, you'll:

• Providing hands-on personal care, leading/supervising care workers, developing/reviewing care plans, monitoring resident's health, administering medication (where trained), liaising with families and professionals, and organising activities, focusing on dignity, independence, and high-quality, person-centred support while taking on shift responsibilities.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Carer.

• An Enhanced Adult DBS (in date or on the update service)

• Medication administration training & experience

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is preffered.

• Full Care Certificate
