We need a Quality Assurance Analyst who lives and breathes Agile. Is this you?

• Helping teams embed Agile principles into their processes while making sure governance and controls are all in place
• Monitors delivery against key Agile metrics, conducting regular reviews
• Collect data and conducts reporting, data analysis to enable use of metrics
• Champion Agile ways of working across IT change initiatives
• Agile change assurance and compliance reporting

In a nutshell, we're looking for you to have experience in governing and improving Agile delivery by defining quality standards, conducting reviews and audits, leading process improvements with measurable benefits, and influencing stakeholders across teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
