• Work closely with the established Residential team in Winchester while enjoying hybrid flexibility
• Manage a varied, high-quality conveyancing caseload, including: leasehold and shared ownership, HTB and ISA matters, Right to Buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, probate sales, and unregistered land

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE in residential property
• Confident handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Experienced in CQS and SDLT processes, with a solid understanding of the Building Safety Act
• Strong communicator with a commercial, client-focused mindset
• Enthusiastic about business development and growing a local client base
