Corporate Associate

My client, a highly regarded Top 200 national law firm
, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing corporate team in Bournemouth
. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to develop their career within a firm known for high-quality work, strong national presence, and a supportive, forward-thinking culture.

You will advise a broad range of clients, including SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, and growing companies, on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales and purchases)
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and investment documentation
• Joint ventures and commercial collaborations
• Private equity and growth capital transactions
• General corporate and company law advice

You will work closely with experienced partners, benefit from early client exposure, and play an active role in business development and team collaboration.

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and a client‑focused approach
• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team environment

• Competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000, depending on experience
