Refrigeration Engineer

Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi‑site retail clients.

• Competitive salary – up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience)

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s licence
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong work ethic and health & safety awareness

Desirable:

• CO₂ qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info:

• Role involves working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
