Working Hours - Monday-Friday or 9am-6pm

Are you a hands‑on leader ready to take ownership of a standout development in Bournemouth? This is your chance to lead operations across a stunning, design‑led scheme made up of 159 apartments, modern offices, and buzzing retail.

You’ll be the face of the site managing a dedicated team, driving service excellence, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from front‑of‑house to facilities and compliance. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have real influence in shaping the resident and tenant experience.

What you’ll need

Strong ops or FM experience in resi, BTR or mixed‑use
