Q, Boscombe Down site, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in partnership with some of the most brilliant minds.

As a Senior Authorised Person, you will provide support and subject matter expertise to deliver planned or requested activities to deliver high quality operations service. You will drive improvement and support a network of Site APs, Facility Managers and Integrated Delivery Teams with technical advice and guidance on the High Hazard Areas. You will lead and embed operational Safe System of Work improvement programmes, identify best practice across Operations and work with teams to ensure consistency in management and delivery approach.

• Deliver high quality operations by interpreting policy framework
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer and business needs are satisfied and issues mitigated
• Resolve a wide range of complex queries and support others with more complex issue resolution, escalating where appropriate
• Drive technical standards, assist with site audits and provide technical support while maintaining appropriate levels of competence
• Champion best practice and encourage leadership behaviours to promote a positive culture

• Sound understanding of JSP
  375 and appointed/responsible person processes
• Proven track record in Health & Safety and compliance
• A good working knowledge of applicable regulations and legislation

• Current SAP Certificate in HV/LV Electrical
