GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE – BOURNEMOUTH

Join UK LANDSCAPES LTD as a GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE in Bournemouth. This is a mobile role with a 48‑hour per week programme, offering permanent employment and exciting opportunities to grow.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, based on a 48‑hour per week programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.

• Work mobile rounds across multiple commercial sites (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces).
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive work on grounds.
• Work within a small team and provide customer interaction to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure fully equipped with full PPE, tools and equipment supplied by the company.

• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.).
• A valid driver’s licence is advantageous.
• Mobile role with pick‑up/drop‑off arrangements depending on location.
• Entry level, full‑time position.

Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied. Training and development are provided, with a strong focus on rewarding hard work and supporting a good working environment.
