Solid Recruitment is supporting a dynamic and ambitious health insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Senior Broker. What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing and nurturing client relationships

* Reviewing existing policies and providing expert advice

* Matching customers with the most suitable health insurance solutions

* Generating new business through consultative conversations

* Maintaining high service standards and driving performance

What You’ll Bring

* Health insurance sales experience (preferred)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Solid understanding of insurance policies and FCA regulations (preferred)

* Confidence in consultative sales and client management

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Working Hours

* Mon–Tue: 09:00–19:00

* Wed–Thu: 09:00–18:00
