• Managing and nurturing client relationships
• Reviewing existing policies and providing expert advice
• Matching customers with the most suitable health insurance solutions
• Generating new business through consultative conversations
• Maintaining high service standards and driving performance

• Health insurance sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of insurance policies and FCA regulations (preferred)
• Confidence in consultative sales and client management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Uncapped bonus structure – high performers earn £80k+, top performers exceed £100k
