Junior Sales Representative

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our Bournemouth clinic on a part‑time, on‑site basis. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking to people, and wants to build experience in sales, customer engagement, and healthcare services.

You will primarily be responsible for outbound phone calls to warm leads (patients who have already inquired), helping them understand their options, answering questions, and booking consultations. No cold calling. Full training will be provided.

• Make outbound calls to patients who have already expressed interest in our services
• Follow up on enquiries from online forms, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
• Explain treatments in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
• Book consultations and support patients through the enquiry journey
• Build rapport and trust with potential patients
• Update patient records and CRM systems accurately
• Support the wider sales and reception team when required

• Confident and clear communication skills (especially over the phone)
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude

• No previous dental experience required – full training provided
