Hello! We’re Acosta Europe, a partner of leading brands that enhance in‑store presence and sales through data‑driven field marketing. We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Representative to join our field team and support clients across major retail outlets.

As a Key Account Representative, you’ll visit stores in your area to ensure our clients’ products are well presented, visible, and selling well. You’ll use real‑time data to plan visits, secure additional display space, and build relationships with retail staff to boost brand presence and sales.

• Visit targeted stores based on client needs and implement changes to increase sales.
• Ensure promotions are correctly set up, support new product launches, and maintain shelf space for key products.
• Secure additional display locations and off‑shelf placements where possible.
• Take quality photos and create thorough reports of in‑store activities.
• Use data and digital tools to plan routes and optimise time.
• Build relationships with store managers and key retail decision‑makers.
• Monitor competitor activities, retail trends, and in‑store developments.
• Manage promotional materials and prepare for upcoming promotions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with store staff.
• Result‑driven with effective multi‑task and time management.
• Self‑assured, independent, and problem‑solving capability.
• Basic technical skills for administration and reporting.
• Full driving licence (essential for regular travel).

• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, field sales or merchandising.
