The Role

We’re looking for a Compliance Lead to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a strong background in compliance ideally within the SaaS or care sector. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant secure and aligned with best practices as we continue to grow.

• Compliance & Governance
• Oversee and update internal policies and procedures
• Maintain and support compliance with key standards and frameworks
• Deliver training and awareness programmes across the business
• Support with GDPR compliance and data breach / incident response
• Support corporate governance and risk management frameworks
• Conduct internal audits
• Support supplier due diligence and ongoing compliance
• Support business continuity planning
• Contribute to external reporting and accreditation processes
• Maintain and improve compliance reporting portals
• Support Sales and Customer Success in due diligence (RFPs)
• Act as external-facing expert for customers partners and auditors
• Lead monthly compliance KPIs and reporting
• Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to inform strategy

• Proven experience in a compliance risk or governance role
• Strong understanding of standards and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in SaaS or the care sector highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Willingness to travel to Bournemouth and Bridgwater offices
