Cool Air Services Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer/Technician to join our growing team in Boynton Beach, FL! This is a hands-on role where you'll bring comfort to homes and businesses while working with a company that values your craft. • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide service recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Florida HVAC license or registration preferred
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, ductwork, and electrical components
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
