What You’ll Be Doing- Delivering high-quality repairs across panel, paint, and MET disciplines
- Working to manufacturer and internal quality standards to ensure safe, efficient repairs
- Using the latest diagnostic tools, methods, and equipment
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations
- Demonstrating a commitment to safety, accuracy, and professional integrity at every stage
- Proven experience as a multiskilled technician in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
- ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve it across relevant disciplines
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- A forward-thinking attitude with a focus on quality and innovation
- A team player with a clear sense of accountability and professionalism
- Continuous training and access to the latest tools and repair technologies
