Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Salary: £46,781 per annum plus £10,000 bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications
Required:
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting in a supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of regulations and legislation within a Children's Home setting
- Ability to work closely with the Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Number of Beds: 2

We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to set up and manage a brand-new 2-bedded children's home in Brackley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building services from the ground up, including recruiting and developing a strong team. If you have a deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and a commitment to improving the lives of young people, we want to hear from you!
