Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Laptop + Benefits
Are you an experienced Signage Project Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation, taking ownership of large-scale signage projects from concept through to completion.
AboutThe Role
As the Signage Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation and delivery of multiple signage projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
You’ll work closely with clients, internal departments, and the Operations Director to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities- Define client requirements, project scope, and goals
- Support clients with technical specifications
- Attend site meetings as needed
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines
- Develop full-scale project plans and define tasks
- Conduct site surveys and gather project information
- Raise accurate snagging and additional works requests
- Respond to quotation requests
- Communicate effectively with all employees involved in each project
- Coordinate internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Action snagging or additional client requests
- Oversee project sign-off and prepare files for invoicing
- Adhere to health & safety guidelines
- Attend and present at internal and external meetings
- Maintain a flexible, positive and professional approach
To be successful in this role, you must come from a signage background with experience managing large-scale signage projects

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Professional communication skills at all levels
- Confidence in both verbal and written communications
- Computer literacy (Adobe Illustrator experience a bonus)
- Ability to read building plans
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to complete tasks as required
- Salary £40,000 - £45,000
