41 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 06:45 - 18:00 (4 out of 5 days).

As a Packing Skilled Operative you’ll work in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment that can be noisy and refrigerated in some areas, producing short shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Escalate any issues to Technical Operatives or Process Leader
• Work proactively to ensure production lines run effectively
• Carry out hourly production and quality control checks
• Record production data both electronically and on paper
• Ensure that the product is packed correctly and to a high standard
• Report information back to section managers
• Clean equipment and modules on a rotation schedule

• A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude to tasks
• Be self‑motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
