Working Hours

Monday to Friday starting at 06:45 finishing at 18:00 (4 out of 5 days)

Responsibilities

As a Production operative you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Trussing chickens ready for film wrapping
• Bagging chickens
• Grading quality of chickens
• Removing dolavs for weighing and storage
• Supplying the line with raw material
• May require some heavy lifting (up to 12 kg)

What you’ll need to be successful:

• A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

Our advanced manufacturing site in Brackley is one of our main processing facilities, processing up to 1.2 million birds per week. There are over 700 talented people employed at our Brackley site, helping us to deliver high quality products to our customers and making the business a trusted leader in fresh foods.
