REPORTS TO: Managing Director

Purpose of the Role: As a Lawn Operative, you’ll deliver planned lawn care services to customers, providing expert advice, upselling additional treatments, and helping grow our customer base. You’ll be the face of the brand – building relationships, solving lawn issues, and ensuring every garden looks its best.

• Deliver a full range of lawn care services including fertilisation, weed control, aeration, scarification, and top dressing.
• Maintain contact with customers before and after treatments (treatment reminders).
• Identify lawn issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Accurately complete visit records, banking logs, and stock reports.
• Operate and maintain professional lawn care machinery.
• Ensure all health & safety standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and servicing of company vehicle and equipment.
• Support business growth through customer referrals and marketing materials.
• Carry out lawn analysis and quotations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional appearance.
• Liaise with a head office team to offer a seamless customer experience.

• Proven track record of customer service and communication.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to operate machinery.
