IVC Evidensia invites applications for a Veterinary Surgeon (Small Animal) based in Brackley, England. You will work with a long‑established, friendly practice that has served the local community for over 30 years.

Salary up to £65,000 FTE (subject to experience) plus a relocation allowance up to £5,000 and a welcome bonus up to £5,000.

• Provide high‑quality medical care to dogs, cats, rabbits, and small furries, including routine examinations and advanced surgical procedures.
• Perform surgery – ranging from routine spays to advanced dental cases and referrals – in a fully functional operating theatre.
• Conduct consults, support nursing staff in theatre, and run dedicated consult appointments when needed.
• Offer a consult‑only option if desired, ensuring flexibility for work‑life balance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

This part‑time role is up to 28 hours per week: three full days (8:30 am‑6:30 pm) plus one four‑hour Saturday shift (8 am‑12 pm). No Sundays, bank holidays, or out‑of‑hours duties.

The team includes four veterinarians, three registered veterinary nurses (RVNs), three senior veterinary nurses (SVNs), and seven client‑care staff. Nurses conduct theatre support and patient care, with many holding additional certificates in medicine and dentistry.
