As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for all HR operations. This includes employee relations, onboarding, recruitment administration, payroll coordination, business partnering, and policy management. You will work closely with senior leadership, support managers with day-to-day people matters, and drive improvements across HR processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and is comfortable influencing at senior level.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR administration and processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Lead employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and absence.
  • Partner with the CEO and C‑Suite on people initiatives and business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment processes including advertising, coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and optimise the HRIS (People

    HR), using data insights to support decision‑making.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll changes and reporting alongside Finance.
  • Keep policies, procedures, and documentation compliant and up to date.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers.
  • Support training, wellbeing, and broader people projects as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification/experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' HR management experience.
  • Strong generalist HR background, ideally in a standalone role.
  • Confident managing employee relations cases.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Strong HR systems, reporting, and IT capability.
Desirables
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership/C‑Suite.
  • Familiarity with People

    HR.
