Human Resources Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.

• Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational development for Haem Onc teams.

• Oversee recruitment for specialized roles in Haematology and Oncology.
• Implement onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives.
• Develop succession planning and career development frameworks.

• Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
• Lead engagement programs to retain top talent in a competitive market.

• Ensure adherence to employment law, GDPR, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage audits as required.
• Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Conduct benchmarking and salary reviews to attract and retain talent.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within pharma or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting commercial and medical teams in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
