Members of this team participate in on‑site consulting and business software implementation projects for the largest and most advanced Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution companies across Europe. Our consultants create the future standards of their core business processes.

Solution Architect acts as a member of on‑site/remote project teams, using in‑depth knowledge of customer business and processes to design and implement Blue Yonder solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs. Understands how the BY solutions can support customer business.

• Leading implementation of Blue Yonder products, including ownership of end‑to‑end solution design
• Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases
• Providing leadership to functional teams during implementation cycles
• Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
• Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
• Providing mentorship to junior associates within the Blue Yonder organization
• Working with the pre‑sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles

• + 8 years of industry experience in Supply Chain /Retail industry (e.g., Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG, CPG, etc.)
• Very good understanding of Category /Range /Display Management and Assortment concepts for retail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Hands‑on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications (Blue Yonder /i2/ Manugistics /JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq, or similar planning solution)
• Business level fluency in English

• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe is required
• Right to live and work in the European Union

• Fluency in additional European languages (German or French) appreciated
• Machine Learning & Data Science concept familiarity
• Experience in supply chain software implementation
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project approaches
• Python and SQL elementary skills
