Marketing Executive (Contract) Berkshire Office-based Mon–Thurs, WFH Fridays £30,000 - £32,000

Blush & Bloom are pleased to be working with a growing business in the cosmetics industry to recruit a Marketing Executive on a maternity cover basis, until April 2027.

This is a hands‑on role supporting the delivery of marketing activity across digital, events and brand communications. You’ll report into the Marketing Manager and take ownership of day‑to‑day execution. We’re looking for someone with a natural creative flair, a strong understanding of consumer needs, and the ability to create standout content.

• Delivering marketing activity across email, digital, social, events, PR and collateral
• Producing monthly marketing reports
• Maintaining and updating the website, reviewing analytics and suggesting improvements
• Creating content in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams (emails, presentations, blogs, webinars, etc.)
• Ensuring brand consistency across all materials
• Supporting customer events and trade shows
• Acting as the link between marketing and technical teams to ensure accurate product messaging

• At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Industry experience isn’t essential, but an interest in the cosmetics & personal care industry is advantageous
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident copywriting and content creation skills
• Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• A positive team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
