Dream Medical are looking for an experienced Practice nurse for a long term locum in the Bracknell area. The role is within a friendly GP surgery in a central location that is accessible via public transport and offers car parking facilities.

• The successful candidate will be up to date with cytology, travel vaccines, child and adult immunisations and spirometry.
• You will also be responsible for administering B12 and other injections, smoking cessation and healthy eating/weight loss advice.
• Asthma, diabetes reviews and chronic disease management is desirable.
