• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality:
  Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
• Support the Management Team:
  Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing:
  Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development:
  Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards:
  Uphold GBK’s high service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and the team.

• Customer Service Passion: A natural people person who loves engaging with guests and making their experience special.

  Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
