This is your chance to take ownership, share your ideas and help shape the future of emergency social care - all while building your skills and making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable residents.

About you...

Together, we make a difference. In this role, you will work closely with health professionals, the police, and families to support people through social care crises out of hours. You will never face challenges alone - our strong management team and expert guidance are always there for you. We will give you the time to go above and beyond and welcome your ideas to help shape and improve our service for the future.

As an Adult Safeguarding Care Coordinator you will hold a CQSW or Social Work diploma/degree or an allied professional qualification such as nursing degree. You will also be registered with Social Work England as a Social Worker or the NMC as a Nurse. With at least three years’ experience in crisis intervention and complex adult safeguarding, you will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and record complex information.

Confident under pressure, whether working independently or as part of a team, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and families.

About the team...
