Warehouse Operative​/Van Driver

We are recruiting for experienced, full time Van Driver / Warehouse Operative in Bracknell (RG12) area. You will ideally have experience working in a warehouse environment and be a van driver previously.

This is temporary (ongoing) role, with fantastic opportunities for overtime.

Key information:

Job Role - Van Driver / Warehouse Operative

Hours - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay Rate - £14.81p/h (PAYE)

Please note a DBS basic check will be required before starting this role.

Duties:

* Operate a 3.5t van for site and carry out various other warehouse duties.

* Supports team lead and other team members in all day-to-day activities.

* Inventory control & cycle counting.

* Goods receiving.

* Goods picking & packing for outbound.

* Meeting SLAs & KPI targets.

* Ensure daily housekeeping is maintained.

* Processing outbound material / orders as per work instruction.

* Communicating with other teams and providing the best service available daily.

Required skills:

* Valid driving licence and previous experience, 0 points on license.

* Worked in warehousing - minimum 2 years.

* Previous experience on WMS - SAP/JDA.

* Good English verbal and written skills.

* Excellent numerical skills.

* Handled Stock picking, packing and shipping.

* Managed Inventory control & cycle counting.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel & Word.

* Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

* Completing tasks in a timely and effective manner.

* Multitasking with high attention to detail.

* Strong communication and organisation skills.
