• Oversee all groundworks operations on the new-build housing site
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and coordinate plant and material deliveries
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to high‑quality standards
• Keep accurate records and report progress, challenges and updates to senior management
• Build strong relationships with the client, house builder and internal teams

• Demonstrable experience managing groundworks packages on residential developments
• SMSTS and CSCS certificates are essential
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to manage programme, logistics and site safety effectively

• Permanent position with a well‑established, growing contractor (self‑employed candidates considered)
