Leading Regional Main Contractor About the Role We are urgently seeking an experienced Social Housing Refurbishment Manager to oversee works on a busy kitchen and bathroom replacement framework in Bradford for a respected regional main contractor. This is a short-term temporary role, ideal for a manager who can step in quickly and maintain smooth delivery across occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment works Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure high standards Plan and manage schedules, including tenant liaison, to minimise disruption Carry out progress monitoring, quality checks, and site reporting Ensure compliance with building regulations, client standards, and all H&S requirements Maintain strong site safety culture and accurate documentation Requirements Proven experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in social housing Strong understanding of planned works and working in occupied homes Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and keep the programme on track CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid essential Whats on Offer Immediate start Short-term contract with a leading main contractor £260 £ 270 per day Supportive, fast-moving working environment
