Overview
Customer Service Advisor. Basic salary circa £24,700 + extra bonus earning potential of £400 to £500 per month. Circa £30k annual earnings. Bradford, West Yorkshire. Monday - Friday: 9-5pm. Excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities- Handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.
- Uphold the highest standards in a financial services environment and participate in service and sales conversations with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Based in the Bradford office as part of a new highly skilled team of multi skilled customer service advisors.
- Support a customer-centric approach and a caring, supportive approach to staff.
- Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential.
- Experience from a financial services environment while desirable is not essential.
- All Customer Service and Sales backgrounds will be considered.
