Management Accountant​/Finance Business Partner

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing group to recruit a Finance Business Partner
. This key role supports both the manufacturing site and senior management — enhancing reporting, reviewing standard costing processes, building Power BI dashboards, and supporting financial planning across UK operations.

• Partner with senior manufacturing management to drive performance.
• Implement a KPI-driven controlling system for the factory.
• Build Power BI reports focused on production and operations.
• Review and enhance standard costing methodology.
• Analyse cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support inventory and stock management for the UK team.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting for the manufacturing site and UK sales.
• Assist with month‑end close for three UK subsidiaries and group reporting.

• Qualified, or working towards qualification, as a Management Accountant.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong process knowledge.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Analytical, self‑driven, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UK statutory accounting, VAT, and direct tax.
• Comfortable working in matrix org structure.
