Job Title: Nurse Functional Assessor

Location: Bradford

Salary: £39,500 per annum

Job Type: Hybrid Permanent / Mon-Fri, 9-5 hours

We’re looking for registered adult or mental health nurses who enjoy making a difference in people s lives every day.

You will carry out assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects their daily life and produce factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.

Responsibilities What we look for
  • An NMC-registered adult or mental health nurse with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience in the UK
  • A proactive and keen learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Someone comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports
  • An expert clinician comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including complex cases and mental health conditions

This role is a great opportunity for registered nurses to deepen their clinical knowledge and further hone their assessment skills, all while helping people move forward with their lives.
