We are seeking a seasoned Java Solution Architect responsible for architecting Java solutions across multiple projects or one large complex project. Under the guidance of a lead Architect, this role serves as a trusted advisor to both internal and external partners within the Java ecosystem. As a Java Solution Architect, one must possess knowledge of overall architecture/design for Java implementations across multiple projects or one large complex project under the leadership of a lead Architect.

• Driving discussion with Client and Business Users on Solution Design.
• Retrofitting Business Requirement in Java landscape based on the current architecture and Solution Design.
• Documenting Functional Requirement, with Solution Design.
• Designing and implementing scalable and flexible program architectures that support point‑based tiered, and personalized structures.
• Integrate solutions with POS systems, e‑commerce platforms, and mobile apps for seamless customer experience.
• Define architecture for marketing automation platforms, campaign management systems, and CRM solutions.
• Design API‑driven architectures for integrating third‑party marketing platforms, ad networks, and analytics tools. Leverage cloud‑native technologies (AWS/ GCP) for scalability, performance, and cost‑efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Java solutions.
• Lead and prioritisation/scoping of business and functional requirements and project sizing.
• Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements.

• Proficiency with Java technologies (Spring, Micronaut, etc).
• Strong knowledge of the Java Data Model across various clouds/products and significant data modeling experience.
• Experience in architecting solutions on Experience Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful large enterprise Java project deliveries.
• Dev Ops experience for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of creating prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements.
• Mapping business requirements to Java capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary.
• Contributed to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.
• Strong experience in architecting and delivering a robust data model that supports project requirements.
• Must possess a strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, technologies (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud), and security protocols.
• Must have implemented data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Having capacity to define API and industry standard for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• Experience in implementing cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS or Google Cloud for scalability and reliability.
• Expertise in cloud computing (AWS/GCP), microservices architecture, and API design.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of IBM e‑commerce/Ocado ecommerce is plus.
• Good experience in working with Dev Ops teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
