Role - 2nd Line Support/Systems Engineer
Location – Bradford (Fully Site Based)
Salary - £24,000 – £33,000 (Depending on experience & qualifications)

And now, we’re looking for a 2nd Line Support/Systems Engineer who wants to grow with the business.
The Role
You’ll join a skilled support team and become a technical linchpin, helping to keep systems online, users connected, and businesses moving. Every day is different and that's exactly what the team thrives on.
- Provide expert 2nd line support across a range of IT systems and software
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning networks, VPNs, and applications
- Work hands-on with LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructure
- Assist in maintaining high-performance IT environments for a diverse client base
- Translate technical speak into human language for clients (you’ll be the friendly expert they trust)
- Experience in a technical support centre or service desk environment
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Proficiency in supporting software applications and troubleshooting network issues
- Experience working across multiple VPN platforms for remote support
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Nice to Have (but not essential):
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA+, or similar
- Exposure to SQL or other database systems
- Knowledge of IPCCTV, VMS, or access control technologies
