Conveyancer – Bradford

I am working with a respected regional law firm with a strong presence in Yorkshire, currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its well-established Residential Property department based in Bradford.

This is an ideal role for a Conveyancer with proven new build experience who is comfortable managing a busy caseload and is looking to join a firm that values people, supports career growth and offers a genuinely collaborative working culture.

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including new build, sales, purchases, plot sales and shared ownership
• Work closely with developers, house builders and estate agents
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and referrers
• Contribute to business development where appropriate
• Supported by legal assistants and a well-structured team

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or unqualified)
• Demonstrable experience in new build work is essential
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Client-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable developing relationships with clients and third parties
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware
