Project Manager – Bradford

We're working with a leading developer of low-carbon city heat networks, delivering complex, large-scale projects that decarbonise heat across towns and cities. With a £70M energy network currently in mid-construction in Bradford and additional networks in early development across the UK, the business is entering an exciting growth phase. To support this, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee delivery and support the development of future networks.

You’ll work closely with the Project Director and wider project teams to ensure the Bradford project reaches practical completion and transitions into operation. This hands‑on, coordinating role involves managing stakeholders, internal teams, commercial elements, and key project documentation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

• Lead the delivery of the Bradford heat network project from mid‑construction to operation
• Manage relationships with internal teams, customers, external stakeholders, and public bodies
• Maintain core project documentation, including programmes, budgets, risk registers, and reports
• Coordinate mini‑projects such as planning approvals, timelines, and cross‑team dependencies
• Support commercial and business development activities, including new customer proposals and future network opportunities
• Attend office and stakeholder meetings regularly, with occasional site visits to showcase the project

The ideal candidate will be a confident, organised, and relationship‑driven project manager. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast‑moving, multi‑stakeholder environment, able to manage complexity and adapt to changing priorities. While technical expertise is not required, an understanding of energy projects and infrastructure is beneficial. You’ll be highly organised, resilient, and able to keep multiple work streams aligned.

• Up to £60K + up to 20% performance bonus
