A structural fabrication company in Bradford BD11 is seeking skilled Welder Fabricators. Enjoy a 3-day weekend! Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays paid at T+1/2.

• All applicants must carry out a Fillet and Butt Weld Test on-site before an offer is made. Successful candidates will proceed to a coded standard.
• Starting pay is £16.60 per hour PAYE, increasing to £17.67 after successful completion of training and weld qualifications within 2 weeks.

• MIG (MAG) welding of carbon steels ranging from 7mm to 20mm thickness.
• Welding brackets, beams, or other parts to a coded standard.
• Use of plasma and oxy-acetylene cutting equipment.
• Fabricating steel work in line with drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Safe setup and operation of welding equipment.
• Understanding welding defects and their causes.
• Weld qualifications paid for by the company, with opportunities to increase pay after qualification and crane license acquisition.

• Modern, clean, and fully heated workshop with PPE supplied.
• Monday to Wednesday, 7am - 5pm;
  Thursday, 7am - 4.30pm.
• Overtime available on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays.
• Immediate start following weld test; temp-to-perm after 18 weeks.
• Salary after qualifications: £35,080 annually, with potential increases.

• Local to Drighlington, Bradford.
• Skilled in carbon steel welding, including butt and fillet welds to a high standard.
