Join a well-established structural fabrication company in Bradford BD11, offering a clean, modern, and fully heated workshop environment. We're seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to produce high-quality carbon steel components for structural applications.

What You'll Be Doing As A Welder Fabricator

* MIG/MAG welding of mild steel (7mm-20mm thickness) to coded standards

* Fabricating brackets, beams, and structural parts from engineering drawings

* Operating plasma and oxy-acetylene cutting equipment

* Setting up welding plant safely and efficiently

* Identifying and preventing welding defects

All candidates must complete a fillet and butt weld test on site prior to offer. Successful applicants will progress to coded welding qualifications within 2 weeks-fully funded by the company.

Welder Fabricator Pay & Progression
Start Day - £16.60 per hour
After Weld Qualifications - £17.67 per hour
With Overhead Crane Licence - £17.99 per hour

* Annual salary after qualifications: £35,080

* Weld codings and crane licence paid for by employer

* Temp-to-perm after 18 weeks

Working Hours

* Monday-Wednesday: 7:00am-5:00pm

* Thursday: 7:00am-4:30pm

* Friday & Saturday overtime available at Time + ½ (optional)

What You'll Need

* Proven MIG/MAG welding experience on carbon steel

* Ability to complete fillet and butt welds to high standard

* Competence in reading fabrication drawings and working to tolerances

* Experience with MMA welding and cutting equipment desirable

* Driving licence and proximity to BD11 preferred
