Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00 (paid as overtime)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team at Toyota Edgware. This is a varied, customer-facing role that supports both our retail counter and internal workshop operations. If you are an experienced Parts Advisor who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven dealership environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent customer service to trade, retail, and workshop clients

Accurately identify, locate, and supply required parts using in-house systems

Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person at the front counter

Support the workshop by ensuring timely and accurate parts supply

Maintain stock records and assist with regular inventory checks

Process incoming deliveries and manage parts storage areas

Contribute to daily team targets and the overall success of the department

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with in the automotive industry, ideally with a background as a Parts Advisor

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Good working knowledge of parts identification tools and dealer systems

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

A full UK driving licence (preferred)
