About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our client's growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines winning new business with managing and nurturing existing accounts. You'll play a key part in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager/Sales Executive:

* New Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B)
o Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
o Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

* Account Management:
o Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximise value.
o Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Sales Performance:
o Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

The Key Requirements of the Account Manager/Sales Executive:

* Experience:

o Proven track record in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
o Industry experience in office supplies or related sectors is a bonus.
