This business is part of a large group of companies that employ over 1,800 people and the UK and work with brands such as , Papa Johns & McDonalds to name a few. This particular brand in the portfolio is the market leader in the UK for supplying "goods not for resale" - which encompasses many things that a business needs to operate.
They have a proven track record of developing sales talent - with their current Sales Director starting out as an apprentice 10 years ago. They're now looking to add their next sales superstars to the team.
What's in it for you…- Earning Potential – your base salary will be £23,800 and you’ll be able to earn commission from day 1. Kickers and additional bonuses regularly allow teammates to earn £10,000 + commission checks.
- Progression – current Sales Director started as an apprentice and now manages a large part of the business.

- Training – you’ll be trained and supported by people with 10+ years of experience.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be given a book of “warm” accounts – businesses that are currently spending or have spent in the past. Your job is to get in contact with these businesses and sell more product lines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
- Cold calling – you may need to speak to people you haven’t spoken to before.
- Resilient – sales is tough. Show evidence of handling difficult situations.
- Competitive – always want to improve and do the best you can.
- Financially driven – the better you perform, the more money you earn.
- Listening skills – truly understand customers’ needs.
