We’re recruiting for a well-established organisation within the education services sector, who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with proven sales experience, who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing new business, producing quotes, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the board.

Sales & Customer Relations Executive – Immediate Start!

What you’ll be doing :

* Making daily outbound cold calls to generate new business

* Contacting potential customers via phone and email

* Building strong relationships with existing clients

* Gathering key information to prepare accurate quotes

* Producing quotes using the online system & following up to convert into sales (full training provided)

* Calling existing customers for renewal quotes

* Discussing policy details and making amendments where needed

* Meeting daily KPIs and sales targets

* Handling daily paperwork and general office duties

* Using the MPACS online system (training provided)

* Planning and managing your own workload effectively

* Account Managing renewals

What They are looking for:

* Previous sales experience, essential

* Confident phone manner and comfortable making cold calls

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships

* Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused

* Computer-literate and quick to learn new systems

Experience:

* Must have previous sales experience

* Customer service or office experience is an advantage
