The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic team in a modern, open-plan office - Brasford BD10. You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact to quote generation and conversion - while delivering outstanding customer care. Full induction and product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Make daily outbound sales calls to prospective school clients

* Initiate contact with new leads via phone and email

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

* Gather client information to prepare accurate insurance quotes

* Generate and follow up on quotes using our online system (training provided)

* Contact existing customers for renewals and policy updates

* Meet and exceed daily KPI targets for outbound sales and conversions

* Process paperwork accurately and manage workload independently

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in outbound sales (B2B, education, or insurance preferred), other professional services sales backgrounds will be considered.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable using online systems and CRM tools (training provided)

* Positive, proactive attitude and target-driven mindset
